AIM OF THE HANDBOOK
This Handbook contains information on all courses planned for Year 12 and is one of a range of supports offered by the College to assist you to plan for the future. Whilst some course content is included in the booklet, information relating to the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE), University and Registered Training Organisations (e.g. TAFE) entry requirements are also provided to assist your decision-making process. A clear understanding of the information provided in this handbook will assist the subject selection process. The School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) is responsible for the Year 11 and 12 Curriculum across Western Australia. Students are required to meet certain standards to achieve the WACE at the completion of Year 12. These requirements are reflected in this Handbook.

COMBINED RESPONSIBILITY
Parents and students are requested to familiarise themselves with the contents of this Handbook. The College expects students to adopt a conscientious approach to the process of selecting subjects. This is an ideal time to revisit the expectations of the College and make a commitment for the future. We ask all students and their families to sign an Ongoing Enrolment Agreement as part of the Course selection process for Years 11 and 12.
