Food Technology is an introductory unit, which will provide students with the skills to make better food choices and to explore simple food preparation techniques. This is a skills based unit, where students will be required to use a variety of equipment and materials to produce food products that satisfy their food needs. The ideas involved in planning their own muffin will also be investigated through practical activities.
